KC Global Design Bolsters Online Presence with New Website
Kansas City, Mo. — KC Global Design, a collective of local architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, has officially launched a new website to boost its efforts in cementing Kansas City as a world-leading hub for design excellence. The modernized KCGlobalDesign.com – designed by local branding and software development company Yoodle – draws on resources and support from member firms to help raise awareness about the city’s bustling AEC sector through a variety of content. This includes webinars, blogs, project features, thought leadership, and more. In addition to showcasing notable projects and key industry players, the site is geared toward attracting talent to the region and spurring innovation through the exchange of ideas.
“This new website is an exciting milestone for our collective,” said Mary McCann, KC Global Design’s executive director. “KC is home to more than 500 AEC firms, which is amazing for a city of our size. People don’t necessarily know this design and construction hub exists so one of the main goals of the site is to highlight the diversity of our talent on a national and global scale. It’s our hope that it becomes a resource for anyone in the real estate and building industries and helps attract even more AEC talent to KC. We want to continue to grow the amazing expertise we’re lucky enough to have in this region.”
To ensure the website is fully representative of the local sector, KC Global Design convened a redesign committee comprised of marketing experts from some of Kansas City’s leading AEC firms. Those involved include:

“It was an honor to collaborate with my peers on making sure the website is a well-rounded representation of what Kansas City has to offer on the design and construction front,” said Broder, who serves as KC Global Design’s awareness committee co-chair along with Maffry. “Our city is fortunate to have both established industry giants as well as incredibly talented startups who are all doing brilliant work. This platform is about showcasing them all in equal measure. We want the world to know it can turn to KC for AEC expertise and that we are the go-to region for both young and seasoned professionals to establish fulfilling careers.”
